Bailey

Photographer, Assistant Camera Operator, Gaffer, Production Design

Bailey Olson was born and raised in Billings, MT. Bailey is the sole owner of Wallflower Photography. She specializes in portraits, music event photography, and videography. A high school photography course led to Bailey's growing passion in film and photography. She has been pushing the boundaries of her craft ever since.

Bailey first became interested in filmmaking after watching a documentary with the film's subject, Tom. The pair decided it was crucial they begin to utilize film to inspire change and help others. Tom reached out to his friend and touring Comedian, Lukas Seely. Lukas has vast experience and knowledge in the film industry. Less than a week after Tom and Lukas spoke, Bailey was given the opportunity to work alongside a Netflix crew led by Cinematographer Aiden Chapparone and Director "Malakia." That week-long shoot with professionals who had filmed specials for HBO, Netflix, BET, Showtime, and CBS, skyrocketed her confidence in cinematography and solidified her interest in telling a story through film.

Bailey is the person who inspired Tom to utilize film, alongside music, to inspire personal change and continue to be of service to humanity through art.

Bailey became friends with Tom in the 5th grade, over 20 years ago. She has watched Tom go through every stage of brutal breakdowns and inspiring comebacks. From Tom joining the Army at 17 while she was still in high school, to his traumatic brain injury, addictions, becoming an EMT, firefighter, to now pursuing his dreams as a music and film producer, she has seen it all. She is quick to declare that the series speaks to her own values of helping others through art. She has a vested, emotional interest in the production of this series. The entire story has unfolded before her eyes. Bailey has helped carry Tom through some of his darkest times, and is thrilled to be able to help tell this story.
